Job summary

CRH's Oldcastle Infrastructure division is hiring a Production Lead to support the Production Supervisor in Tennessee. You will help ensure safety, execute schedules, and coordinate between front-line staff and management to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires prior production/manufacturing experience, with concrete manufacturing a plus, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. This is an on-site, union-friendly facility offering competitive pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience in production/manufacturing; concrete manufacturing background is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in plant environment with noise, dust, and hot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety policies and report issues to management.
• Enter safety information into compliance software as directed.
• Execute production schedule and address gaps.
• Fill in by working in production when gaps are noted.
• Ensure training compliance (safety/technical) as needed.
• Lead shift meetings and communicate information to employees.
• Inspect progress and equipment to verify safety and specifications.
