Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in a team-based Lean Manufacturing environment.
• College degree in a related field preferred or combination of high school diploma with supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish desirable but not required.
• Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office; Kronos experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience implementing Lean Manufacturing process systems.
• Reliable with high integrity and strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant activities and supervise production to meet KPIs.
• Delegate work assignments and use production boards to track performance.
• Lead Gemba walks and participate in Tier meetings with senior leadership.
• Administer plant rules and policies fairly and consistently.
• Monitor machine center performance to ensure optimum efficiencies.
• Apply disciplinary measures when needed and manage attendance/timekeeping.
