Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a 25+ person team, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity in a high-demand manufacturing environment. You will drive daily production planning, mentor operators, and partner with maintenance for equipment efficiency, while promoting inclusion and employee development.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, TPM/lean initiatives, and effective cross-functional communication with Operations Leader and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience with safety regulations and quality systems.
• Proficiency in using production management software and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce a culture of safety and conduct regular safety audits.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
• Coach operators and train on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Monitor production metrics and drive corrective actions to reduce variances.
