Qualifications

You'll have…

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends
• Required Behaviors
• Ability to maintain professionalism in difficult and stressful situations
• Effective two-way communication skills, actively listening to team members, leaders, business partners, and customers
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement, applying innovative solutions with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to create a culture of safety and enforce workplace policies
• Consistent and effective administration of the collective bargaining agreement (CBA)
• Openness to different opinions and perspectives
