Job summary

Rise Technical in Whitehall, Ohio is seeking a Production Supervisor/Shift Supervisor for a modern food manufacturing site. You will own daily performance, oversee rotating shifts, and drive safety, quality and throughput through clear leadership.

The role offers progression toward management, a 7–80k salary plus 10% bonus, 401(k) match and benefits. What you bring: experience supervising in food manufacturing, knowledge of FDA/OSHA, GMP and SOP-driven operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in food manufacturing or equivalent.
• Knowledge of FDA/OSHA requirements, GMP and SOP-driven production.
• Comfort working in automated packaging environments and rotating schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations across rotating schedules (1st, 2nd, weekend).
• Drive safety, quality, and output targets through KPI monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with maintenance to resolve equipment issues and reduce downtime.
• Support staffing and production planning for upcoming runs.
• Train and develop employees to reinforce consistent standards.
