Foremost Farms USA Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the production floor, mentor staff, and drive engagement while balancing quality, service and efficiency to achieve operational excellence.

The role requires attending safety meetings, administering policies per OSHA, training staff, and coordinating overtime per the collective bargaining agreement; weekend/holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor production associates including delegation of work assignments, prioritization of duties, and scheduling employees.
• Evaluate processes and methods and recommend improvements for equipment performance and safety.
• Address and resolve inquiries and problems regarding production, quality, and work issues.
• Maintain quality standards and procedures per GMP, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
