Abbott Nutrition's Altavista, VA plant is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate shift activities and develop the team. You will drive safety, product quality and efficiency while coaching staff to achieve targets.

• Managing expenses, including labor and overtime costs.
• Modeling and promoting accountability to our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 - $122,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
