Job summary

Schreiber Foods is seeking multiple Production Supervisors for its U.S. manufacturing plants, including locations in Utah. You will guide a diverse team, learn production processes, coach staff, and focus on leadership, manufacturing operations and regulatory compliance.

This role requires night and weekend shifts with potential moves to days, and offers relocation support plus various bonus programs. You’ll implement SOPs, drive safety and quality, and partner with leadership to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in dairy, food science, agriculture, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven leadership or manufacturing experience with a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
