Job summary

Schreiber Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor for a night 12-hour shift. The role leads a diverse team in a food manufacturing setting, focusing on leadership, operations, and compliance.

You will participate in the Production Leader training to coach team members and resolve production, safety, and quality matters, while promoting diversity and inclusion and maintaining customer-focused standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in dairy, food science, agriculture, business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of proven leadership or manufacturing experience with a HS diploma.
• Ability to communicate with influence both written and verbally.
• Collaborate with partners from diverse backgrounds and maintain a culture rooted in dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Guide a diverse team of production partners to maximize efficiencies and achieve daily production goals.
• Oversee company, plant or department processes and programs; monitor training.
• Develop and audit standard operating procedures to meet customer requirements.
• Support diversity, equity and inclusion efforts in alignment with company commitments.
