Job summary

Valgroup USA in Findlay, Ohio is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift to lead a plastics manufacturing team.

You will oversee daily work, supervise production teams, troubleshoot, collaborate with scheduling, maintenance, and inventory, and drive safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

This position will work Monday to Friday (Nights) with support to weekends.

We are a plastics manufacturing facility, producing extrusion-blown films for flexible packaging with industrial applications.

• Collaborate with scheduling, maintenance, and inventory staff
