Job summary

Valgroup USA in Findlay, Ohio is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations for extrusion-blown film production.

This role works Monday through Friday days with off-shift support; you will supervise teams, drive safety and quality, and coordinate with scheduling, maintenance, and inventory.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience leading within a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical troubleshooting interest and ability
• Effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization
• Computer literacy including Microsoft applications; knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Self-leadership and time management
