What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of pharmacy technician staff
- Accountable for the daily performance of medication preparation and dispensing activities
- Monitor productivity, quality of work, and completion of assignments
- Recruit, orient, train, and evaluate pharmacy staff
- Resolve operational and staff issues or conflicts and ensure excellent customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of combined supervisory and technician experience in a pharmacy or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT and NH Board of Pharmacy) required
- Substantial knowledge of technician duties with a high level of precision and responsibility
- Effective problem-solving and change management abilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills, along with demonstrated interpersonal and team skills

- Associate's degree or higher in a management or health-related field
