What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise 12-hour night shift operations (9 PM–9 AM) and team of 35 union production team members with a focus on safety, quality, and throughput
• Coordinate team members and approve timecards, OT, and shift performance reporting
• Respond to operational or safety issues and lead emergency protocols
• Track and report production KPIs, downtime, and shift metrics
• Partner with maintenance to document and resolve mechanical issues
• Promote lean practices, 5S culture, and continuous improvement across the shift

About You

• Be able to do the job as described
• 5+ years in a manufacturing supervisory role
• Experience working in or with unionized production teams is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work across departments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production systems
