Production Supervisors lead hourly production teams on a 12-hour night shift following a 2-3-2 rotating schedule over a two-week cycle, which provides every other weekend off and a built-in three-day mid-week break every other week. Employees work 36 hours and are paid for 40, with overtime paid for weeks worked over 40 hours.
