Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills expected.
  • Experience supervising employees and coordinating teams preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train and cross-train all employees to perform duties safely and productively.
  • Resolve daily issues to ensure timely, safe, and profitable projects.
  • Demonstrate leadership and provide coaching, feedback and guidance to team members.
  • Assist in developing other employees including accountability and performance feedback to management.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and create development plans for team members.
  • Help the department meet safety, production and quality goals.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise, train and cross-train all employees so they safely and productively perform their duties
  • Resolve daily issues that may arise effectively to ensure a timely, safe, and profitable project
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and provide coaching, skills development, guidance and support to team members
  • Assist in the development of other employees including holding them accountable and providing performance feedback to the management team
  • Perform performance evaluations, create individual development plans and assign tasks to the most appropriate team members
  • Assist department in meeting safety, production, and quality goals

What You'll Need

  • Good Organizational and Leadership skills
  • Strong scheduling, planning, organizing, problem solving, time managing, and prioritizing work skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel

Your Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in area of specialty preferred
