Job summary

Reframe Systems in the United States (Andover, MA) is seeking a Production Supervison to lead day-to-day execution for a defined production area in our factory, helping scale a high-velocity manufacturing operation.

You will drive safety, quality, and throughput by building a management system, coaching team leads, and coordinating labor and materials in a rapidly growing modular-building environment. The role demands rigor, systems thinking, and a bias for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years leading teams in fast-paced operations (manufacturing/fulfillment).
• Proven track record hitting output targets while maintaining safety and quality.
• Strong people leadership: coaching, conflict management, accountability.
• Strong data orientation: scoreboard, gaps, actions to close them.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure.
• Clear communicator who can elevate issues.

Responsibilities

• Own daily/weekly plan attainment for your area: throughput, minutes/ft², schedule attainment, and rework hours
• Run start-of-shift and end-of-shift routines; communicate plan and priorities
• Coordinate labor, materials, and readiness for flow
• Surface blockers early with 2–3 options to solve it
• Own safety performance for your area: escalation, audits, incident response, and corrective actions
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality gates; stop and correct out-of-standard work
• Partner with Ops Engineering / training to ensure training and certification are completed
• Lead, coach, and develop team leads and operators; set expectations and drive accountability
• Implement cross-training plan to grow versatility and reduce burnout
• Identify, prioritize, and execute improvements with Ops Engineering / CI
• Own the area scoreboard: targets vs actuals, downtime, quality escapes, and improvements
