U.S. Silica is seeking a Production Supervisor in Lovelock, NV to lead the hourly workforce and oversee daily plant operations. You will plan and schedule production and mining activities to meet production goals while driving efficiency and cost controls.

The role partners with maintenance to ensure preventive maintenance and safe operations, with a focus on reporting performance to management and maintaining compliance with MSHA and company policies.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, mining, or mineral processing.
• Experience with mineral processing, slurry pumping, rotating equipment, mechanical systems, and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Strong leadership, planning, communication, and organizational skills.

• Lead and direct the hourly operations workforce under the Plant Manager.
• Plan and schedule production and mining activities to meet goals.

• Coordinate downtime with production and maintenance.
