Job summary

U.S.-Silica Lovelock plant seeks an Operations Support Supervisor to coordinate essential administrative and operational tasks, including training coordination, warehouse support, customer documentation, logistics, shipments, receiving, vendor relations, and daily reporting.

You will act as a critical link among operations, quality, customer service, logistics providers, vendors, and accounting to keep the site running smoothly and compliant with internal standards.

Responsibilities

• coordinating critical administrative and operational support functions for the plant/site
• overseeing activities related to training, warehouse support, customer documentation, logistics coordination, shipment processing, receiving, vendor/service coordination, and operational reporting
• serving as a key link between operations, quality, customer service, logistics providers, vendors, and accounting functions
