Location: On-site at our San Antonio, TX facility.

Position Summary:

Supervisor for all activities of a manufacturing location, including supervision of manufacturing, scheduling, and logistics to meet customer demands. Responsible for safety and compliance with all laws.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Train personnel on assembly lines, warehousing, shipping, and trucking.
• Estimate materials, supplies, and staffing needs.
• Supervise daily operations and order fulfillment.
• Develop safety and operational procedures.
• Implement cross-training to improve coverage and qualifications.
• Work hands-on with small crews and temporary labor.
• Coordinate with production supervisors to meet delivery requirements.
• Report production data and resolve system issues.
• Identify and correct safety hazards; conduct safety meetings and audits.
• Promote a safety culture aiming for zero injuries.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate across departments.
• Verify reporting accuracy, plan production, and analyze costs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• 7+ years in metal roofing manufacturing, with knowledge of trims & accessories shipping.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Team-oriented with a growth mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems like SAP.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Motivate and build team culture.
• Lead by example and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track and report operational metrics.
