Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Must have 8+ years production/manufacturing processes and techniques experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with JD Edwards (preferred) or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production scheduling and coordination of activities within the respective group.
• Initiate inter-departmental collaboration to meet production proficiencies and quality objectives.
• Oversee production processes and guide personnel on production plans, schedules and key metrics.
