Job summary

Wis-Pak, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead production teams, uphold safety and quality, and drive efficiency across the facility.

You will develop talent, manage performance, schedule shifts, and collaborate with other departments to meet goals while maintaining documentation and supporting food safety standards. This role requires hands-on leadership across shifts, a focus on continuous improvement, and clear communication with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and solve problems.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; no visa sponsorship.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all production personnel and ensure safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Monitor processes and equipment to maximize productivity and efficiency.

About The Role

As a Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading production teams, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving operational efficiency. You'll play a key role in developing talent, managing performance, and collaborating across departments to meet production goals.
