Job summary

Wis-Pak, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead production teams, ensure safety and quality, and drive efficiency in our Illinois facility.

You will develop talent, manage performance, and collaborate across departments to meet production goals. Applicants should have at least 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing and be proficient in MS Office.

About the Role

As a Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading production teams, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving operational efficiency. You'll play a key role in developing talent, managing performance, and collaborating across departments to meet production goals.

• Supervise all production personnel and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Monitor processes and equipment to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Organize and adjust work schedules to meet production demands.
• Conduct performance reviews and coach team members for growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance operations and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure food safety compliance.
• Participate in facility metrics reporting and support Wis-Pak's strategic goals.
• Enforce safety protocols and respond to incidents with appropriate follow-up.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
