Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree with 3+ years in maintenance management, possessing hands-on SMT/through-hole experience, process optimization, SPC, DFx, and DOE methods.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred;
• 3+ years in maintenance management or equivalent.
• Hands-on knowledge of SMT and thru-hole equipment/gear, process optimization, SPC, DFM/DFT, DoE methodologies.

Mansioni

• Directs the activities of the Machine Support group.
• Maintain production schedules and ensure quality standards.
• Recruit, interview and hire Process Engineers, Industrial Techs, WAVE Techs, and Machine Support Techs.
• Coach staff in interviewing/hiring processes and development.
• Monitor turnover and implement improvements.
• Develop and maintain training curricula and succession plans.
• Establish measurable goals and monitor performance metrics.
• Coordinate large team activities and ensure safety compliance.
