Carpenter Co. in Longview, NC is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead hourly production staff in fabrication operations, safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will partner with management to review performance, schedules and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years manufacturing supervisory experience, strong computer skills (Word/Excel) and familiarity with SAP. Bachelor’s degree preferred, and willingness to work off hours.

Carpenter Co. has an immediate opening for a Production Supervisor, 3rd Shift, at our Longview, NC manufacturing plant. This position is responsible for the supervision of all production and personnel related functions of the Fabrication department.
Carpenter Co. employees are committed to working hard to ensure production goals are met while maintaining operations excellence. The successful candidate will be expected to directly supervise the functions of hourly production personnel and communicate daily with management regarding production, personnel, scheduling, and quality.
