Job summary

Specialty Granules LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor in Missouri to lead the manufacturing of roofing granules safely and efficiently, while driving a continuous improvement culture within the team.

The role focuses on supervising 5-20 direct reports, coaching staff, maintaining quality standards, managing production costs, and ensuring on-time delivery per the production plan. Strong safety and Lean Manufacturing knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Safety, quality, production, and housekeeping standards must be met at all times.
• Lead and manage assigned production personnel to safely meet/exceed manufacturing goals.
• Develop and improve production personnel skills for future career opportunities.
• Know and understand all product specifications.
• Understand the process and equipment locations.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and correct root causes of events.
• Prepare required reports and maintain data and records.
• Schedule manpower and production plans.
