Specialty Granules LLC in Maryland is seeking a Production Supervisor to safely and economically produce quality roofing granules while driving a continuous improvement culture. You will lead and develop your team, manage costs, and ensure on-time production according to the plan.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
• Supervisory experience in mining/manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment and systems in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead production personnel to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Schedule manpower and production plans; manage costs.
• Identify process improvements and cost savings using Lean principles.
• Develop and coach staff; write SOPs and work orders.
• Communicate maintenance needs and ensure follow-up.
