Carlisle Companies is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead shift teams in producing quality products safely and efficiently. You will drive cost control, scheduling, and COS while fostering a union-free, participative culture across departments.

Requirements include a relevant B.S. degree or equivalent leadership experience; 5+ years in manufacturing with supervisory responsibility; proficient in Office tools, SAP and ShopFloor experience preferred.

Qualificações

• B.S. degree in a business-related or technical field or equivalent leadership experience.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required; ShopFloor and SAP experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct supervision of shift personnel and performance reviews.
• Monitor safety and working conditions to meet plant standards.
• Ensure product quality and address non-conformances through troubleshooting.
