Job summary

Perdue Farms Inc. seeks a Shipping Supervisor to lead daily shipping and production operations, ensuring on-time output and strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

You will coach and develop team members, monitor performance, and promote a culture of continuous improvement through lean principles and effective communication.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:00am to 10:00am. Perdue is an Equal Opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on development.
• Knowledge of quality control processes (ISO/OSHA) and lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all associates.
• Oversee daily shipping and production to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance to monitor equipment and minimize downtime.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement lean manufacturing practices.
• Maintain production records and report status to management.
