Base salary ranges from $68,000 to $102,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth through leadership training and certification

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a manufacturing environment with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly associates across receiving, production, and shipping.
• Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on the floor.
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
