Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Manufacturing Production Lead to plan, direct, and monitor production to meet specifications, schedules, cost targets, and quality standards. You will collaborate with Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Sales to develop schedules and allocate labor and capital resources for efficient operations.

You will prioritize line maintenance, minimize downtime, and supervise hourly workers while ensuring adherence to SQF procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Experience in manufacturing settings or production environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and monitor production to meet specs, schedules, and quality targets.
• Liaise with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Sales to develop production schedules.
• Allocate labor and capital resources to production lines and prioritize maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Direct and supervise hourly employees and ensure daily objectives are met.
