Job summary

Auria is seeking a Production Supervisor for its Saint Clair, Michigan plant. You will supervise hourly staff, coordinate labor, and ensure safety, quality, and production objectives are achieved while promoting lean practices and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of supervisory experience (preferably in a union environment) and strong interpersonal skills to lead a high-performing team in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a union environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of hourly employees and scheduling of labor.
• Ensures safety, quality, housekeeping, and production objectives are being met.
• Drives continuous improvement in scrap reduction, safety, and process improvements.
• Provide clear expectations and hold team members accountable with ongoing feedback.
• Develop team members accordingly and promote lean manufacturing practices.
• Monitor output and productivity to meet production targets and quality standards.
