• Experience 5–10 years in manufacturing/engineering.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and identify equipment for new programs.
• Manage capital projects on schedule and budget.
• Lead program launches and engineering changes.
• Mentor junior engineers and support QA/CI.
• Lead KAIZEN events and PFEP initiatives.
• Maintain plant layouts in AutoCAD.
• Provide technical support across Auria facilities.
• Research new technologies to improve cost, scrap, and quality.
