Auria Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Saint Clair, Michigan plant. You will supervise hourly staff, schedule labor, and drive safety, quality and continuous improvement in a lean manufacturing setting.

Reporting to plant leadership, you will ensure equipment readiness and provide coaching to achieve production targets while upholding safety standards. You will lead efforts in scrap reduction, process improvements, and daily production reporting, with focus on delivering

Qualifications

• Requires 3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a union environment.

Responsibilities
