Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead effective meetings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing personnel to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement plans.
• Analyze manpower and make adjustments for productivity.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to resolve conflicts

Working knowledge of TS16949/ISO14001

Education

Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related
