Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with beverage/food/liquid consumer products is a plus.
• Knowledge of GMPs, sanitation standards and FDA requirements preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment such as blow molders, fillers, labelers, palletizers, conveyors, injection molding, water processing.
• Lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement mindset.
• SQF Code knowledge preferred but not required.
• Flexible hours to manage multiple shifts.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Drive Premium Waters culture and accountability.
• Supervisory experience required.
• MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint required; JD Edwards preferred.
• HAACP and PCQI certified preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift leads, production department, injection molding, warehouse and related maintenance.
• Maintain a safe work group focused on safety, quality, customer service, people development and producing a high-quality product.
• Lead and supervise with empathy, consistency and accountability.
• Drive OEE improvement by maximizing equipment availability, performance, efficiency and product quality.
• Assist with annual SQF audit and corrective actions.
• Train operators in equipment SOPs and ensure on-time delivery per production schedule.
• Develop and enforce SOPs; maintain organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of all machinery and facility equipment.
