Job summary

Premium Waters, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for Las Vegas, NV. This hands-on role will manage shift leads, the production department, injection molding, warehouse and related maintenance activities, prioritizing safety, quality and people development.

The position requires flexibility for night shifts and one weekend day in the regular schedule. Salary range is $65,000 to $78,000 annually, with compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with beverage, food or liquid consumer products is a plus.
• Knowledge of GMPs, sanitation standards and FDA requirements preferred.
• Strong Lean manufacturing knowledge and continuous improvement mindset.
• MS Office, Excel, and Power Point experience required; JD Edwards preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift leads, production department, injection molding, warehouse and related maintenance activities.
• Maintain a safe work group focused on safety, quality, customer service, people development, and producing a high-quality product.
• Lead and supervise with empathy, consistency, and accountability.
• Assist with annual SQF audit and resolution of non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Ensure on-time delivery according to production schedule.
• Develop SOPs and maintain organization and cleanliness in the facility.
