Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of operations and supervisory experience.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and safety compliance.

• Communicate and coach employees to achieve goals and objectives.
• Utilize metrics to monitor workflow and efficiency, ensuring production schedules are met.
• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees.
