Responsibilities

• Schedules the production floor and assigns employees to work areas to meet the schedule.
• Provides direct supervision for a team of 20-45 employees and manages HR-related activities.
• Monitors safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives and escalates risks as needed.
• Partners with Planning, Quality, Maintenance and other functions to resolve issues.
