You will lead a team of assemblers, drive lean practices, report progress to management, and foster a culture focused on customers and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production or manufacturing experience, incl. 2–3 years in supervision.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a production team.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-task prioritization.
• Experience managing production schedules and material readiness.
• Knowledge of inventory processes and stockroom coordination.
• Hands-on with production equipment and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with performance reviews and constructive feedback.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work under pressure while ensuring safety and quality.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with lean principles (5S, standard work, Kaizen).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and production schedule.
