Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years of manufacturing experience, 5+ years of supervisory experience, and a strong mechanical background with pumps, motors, and instrumentation.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of manufacturing or industrial experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams of 50+ employees in a fabrication & assembly environment.
• Strong mechanical background with pumps, motors, process piping, valves, and instrumentation.
• Ability to read and interpret advanced diagrams and drawings.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
