Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on Machine Operator to keep our automotive value stream running. You will set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment in a full layup-through-trimming production cell, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production.

You will train on production equipment, document hourly quality and downtime, and collaborate with other departments to sustain a smooth flow of information across the facility. Prior machine experience preferred.

Qualifications

• One to three years of similar or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of running the machinery across the full layup-through-trimming production cell.
• Keep equipment running via maintenance, troubleshooting, adjustments, and minor repairs.
• Champion safety by monitoring hazards and inspecting safety barriers.
