Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or business degree.
• MBA or master's preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing; Kaizen, 5S/6S, TPM, SMED, Standard Work.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L accountability.
• People-oriented, hands-on leader with plant presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the plant leadership team and ~250 employees.
• Develop and manage budgets, operating plans, and 3–5 year strategic plans.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, quality, delivery and morale.
• Ensure monthly reporting of key metrics to Corporate in correct format.
• Prioritize safety and build future leaders through coaching and development.
