Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking a Production Supervisor in California to lead a production team across Juice and Arils processing, upholding safety and quality. You will validate standard work sequences, drive OEE improvements, and coordinate with Quality and Maintenance to prevent over-production.

Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 with up to 5% bonus potential, depending on skills and experience. The role requires 2–4 years of supervisory production experience and Lean manufacturing

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and guidance capabilities for a supervisor role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of staff.
• Proven problem solving and conflict management abilities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and production processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production workers with training and performance feedback.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics for seamless operations.
• Enforce SOPs for Arils manufacturing ensuring quality standards.
• Monitor equipment functionality and initiate maintenance as needed.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and packaging.
