Job summary

Perricone Farms in Beaumont, CA seeks a Production Manager to lead safe, efficient, high-quality production across shifts. You will oversee planning, supervision of supervisors, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet output, quality, and cost goals.

The role requires strong leadership, safety training, and collaboration with QA, Planning, and Shipping. Experience in food/beverage and ERP/WMS systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in operations; 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Experience in food/beverage preferred.
• ERP/WMS experience required; NetSuite and RFSmart preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations across multiple departments to meet output, quality, and cost goals.
• Lead safety, audits, and corrective actions; ensure compliance with OSHA, GMPs, SQF, HACCP, Organic, and Non-GMO standards.
• Manage, coach, and develop supervisors and hourly staff; plan shifts and recruit/train as needed.
• Monitor production lines, troubleshoot issues, and drive OEE and OKR targets to improve performance.
• Coordinate with QA, Planning, Customer Service, and Shipping to ensure smooth operations.
