Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations ensuring safety, quality, productivity and cost targets.
• Supervise and develop production teams; ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) using OPEN+ tools.
• Support workforce planning including hiring, training and development.
• Organize, supervise and support reports within the established line structure.
