Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical School diploma or Engineering degree with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement experience.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or operations experience, including direct or indirect production leadership.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills.
• Accountability and ability to analyze data, solve problems, and support operational decisions.
• Experience using structured problem-solving tools.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to promote safety, housekeeping, and equipment care.
• Support achievement of production, quality, and cost targets through efficient operations and waste reduction.
• Identify root causes of inefficiencies and drive corrective actions using CI tools.
• Coach and develop Production Supervisors to improve productivity, safety, quality, and engagement.
• Supervise direct and indirect reports while supporting hiring, training, and workforce development.
• Build relationships across all levels and drive positive change.
