Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Process Support Supervisor in Aurora, CO to drive operational excellence within our manufacturing operations. You should have a technical diploma or engineering degree with experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma, plus 2+ years in manufacturing leadership.

Qualifications

• Technical School diploma or Engineering degree with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement experience.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or operations experience, including direct or indirect production leadership.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills.
• Accountability and ability to analyze data, solve problems, and support operational decisions.
• Experience using structured problem-solving tools.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

In this role, you will support the efficiency and sustainability of production processes, lead shift activities, coordinate Production Supervisors, and serve as a key decision-maker for the bay during your shift. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement through the OPEN+ framework.

Your Day to Day

• Lead by example and promote a strong safety culture, housekeeping standards, and equipment care.
• Support achievement of production, quality, and cost targets through efficient operations and waste reduction initiatives.
• Identify root causes of inefficiencies and drive corrective actions using continuous improvement tools.

Who We're Looking For

Annual Base Salary

$114,400 - $143,000
