Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company Beaver Dam plant is seeking a supervisor to lead hourly associates in a manufacturing setting. You will drive safety, productivity and quality while coaching teams to achieve performance goals.

You will promote continuous improvement, mentor staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain efficient operations. This full-time role requires adaptability and strong leadership in a dynamic plant environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisor role.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate and mentor large teams of hourly associates.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical/critical thinking.
• Strong accountability, consistency and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a wide array of plant personnel ranging from hourly employees to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, leadership, development and support to direct reports through empowerment and teamwork.
• Promote safety programs and safe work practices through plant safety teams and initiatives.
• Develop, promote and support continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives.
• Overtime may be required to meet business needs.
