Job summary

Freudenberg Residential Filtration Technologies Inc. is seeking a production supervisor to lead safety, quality, and productivity in our Lebanon facility.

You will coach team members, oversee daily production, ensure schedules are met, and promote a strong safety culture. You will collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering and Supply Chain to maintain seamless operations and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• English and Spanish bilingual required.
• At least 1 year manufacturing/production experience, including 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment and safety standards in manufacturing.
• Experience with production management systems; Lean or Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support production team members to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and attendance goals.
• Oversee daily production activities to meet schedules with high quality.
• Promote a strong safety culture by complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production performance, identify challenges, and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless operations and continuous workflow.
• Drive employee development and continuous improvement through training and feedback.
