Job summary

Freudenberg Filtration Technologies in Lebanon, IN is seeking a Production Supervisor (Shift Leader) for 1st shift to lead a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will drive safety, quality, and on-time output while developing employees and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of production processes and equipment operation.
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality control standards.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
